If you’re not 100% satisfied with your products for any reason, we will take any product back within 30 days from the sale date, even if its been opened and used! All unopened products receive a full refund and opened products receive store credit.
How to Return An Item
1. Contact our Customer Service Teamwith the details of the return. Please be sure to include:
- Order number
- Expiry Date of the Product
- Lot Number of the Product
- Reason you are returning the product
2. You will then be provided a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to send the package back to us.
3. Once we receive the package please expect one to two weeks for it to be processed and for you to receive your refund or credit. If the return is a result of our error (i.e. we sent you an incorrect product) then the cost of shipping is 100% our responsibility.
If you aren't happy with your product for any reason or wish to exchange it, then the cost of shipping is your responsibility. If for any mistakes on your hand, we do charge 10% of administration and restocking fees.
