5-Minute Protein Breakfast Bowl
This is the perfect 5-minute bowl to kickstart your day with good quality protein, carbs & fruits! (& it makes an amazing pre/post workout meal too!)
All you have to do is add a THICK slice of banana bread (recipe below), a serving of cottage cheese, and your favorite berries/fruits to a bowl. add the toppings of your choice (i chose cinnamon and sugar free syrup) and ENJOY!!
Banana Bread Ingredients :
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar free OR maple syrup
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1tbsp baking powder
- 1/2tsp baking soda
- 3 scoops of the Pure Whey Isolate Smooth Vanilla
- A whole lot of cinnamon
- Blueberries (or any other addition you like!! ideas are : chocolate chips, nuts, any other berry)
Preparation :
- Mix the wet ingredients together and do the same with the wet ingredients
- Slowly add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
- Add in your blueberries
- Cook at 350°F for 45mins to 1 hour
- Enjoy!!
