MINI EGG PROTEIN BALLS
Getting the texture of protein balls right can be pretty tricky, but we swear these turn out perfect every. single. time. They're made with simple ingredients and can easily be stored in the fridge or freezer.
This is the perfect treat for Easter if you want an easy snack that's high in protein and that you can eat throughout the week.
Ingredients (approx. 26 balls)
- 2 cups oats
- 3 scoops Limitless Pharma protein powder
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter, mixed with a little water to keep a thick consistency
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- Mini eggs (measure with your heart)
Preparation
- Mix the oats and protein powder together in a large mixing bowl ;
- Add the wet ingredients and mix until you get a thick dough. Don't add extra liquid, trust the mixing process!! ;
- Crush the mini eggs and fold them into the dough ;
- Roll into balls (we suggest 26-27g per ball) ;
- Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
