Strawberry Lemon Protein Cookies


Do you sometimes just want to have a cookie, but feeling like something with a summery twist to it? These strawberry lemon cookies are high in protein, easy to make, and have the best mix of both a sweet and lemoney taste.

Pairing our Maple Brown Sugar Isolate Protein (Smooth Vanilla works well too!) with a fruity flavour is THE combination you were looking for. Give these a try!


Ingredients (9 cookies) :

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 scoops Maple Brown Sugar Isolate Protein
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup 0% fat greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar free syrup / maple syrup
  • Zest + juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup chopped frozen strawberries


Preparation : 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F ;
  2. In a large bowl, mix your rolled oats, quick oats, and protein powder ;
  3. Add your eggs, syrup, greek yoghurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and mix ;
  4. Add your chopped strawberries and mix ;
  5. Line a pan with parchment paper ;
  6. Form 9 even cookies ;
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes ;
  8. Enjoy!



You can store these in the fridge for up to 1 week.

These cookies are perfect for meal prepping as they're easy and quick to make, packed with protein, and require only 8 ingredients you most likely already have at home.

Grab them as a snack, or add some greek yoghurt and fruits and make a beautiful breakfast bowl out of them!
