4 Ingredient Protein Pancakes
We are here with always another way to eat your protein ! This time, it's pancake. We can eat pancake at any time of a day : breakfast, snacks, lunch or diner ! So why not adding some protein with the recipes ? These are packed with 42g of protein!!
Ingredients (1 serving) :
- 1 small banana (or half a larger one)
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 35g oats
- 1 scoop Pure Whey Protein Maple Vanilla
Preparation :
All you have to do is throw everything in a blender until you get a smooth batter. I personally cooked 1/4 cup batter at a time to get small pancakes, but feel free to make them bigger! Cook on low heat until bubble start to form, then flip. The whole cooking process will take around 5-6 minutes!
Add you favorite toppings and enjoy every bite!
