50G PROTEIN TOASTER STRUDEL
Yes, you read the title right... This toaster strudel packs 50g of protein and tastes absolutely delightful. Plus, it only requires 4 ingredients and a couple of minutes to make it... What are you waiting for?
We're bringing back childhood snacks but healthier and homemade, making them THAT much better. Nothing like a nostalgic snack!
Ingredients (1 strudel)
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop Isolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 3 tbsp no added sugar strawberry jam
- Optional (glaze) : 1/2 scoop Isolate protein and water/milk for consistency
Preparation
- Mix the oat flour, protein powder, and yoghurt together until you get a dough consistency ;
- Divide the dough in two equal parts and flatten them out to create two rectangular shapes ;
- Spread the jam on the first rectancle, leaving space around the edges, then place the second rectangle on top and seal the edges with a fork ;
- Air fry at 325F for 15 minutes ;
- While the strudle is cooking, mix protein powder with water or milk to create the glaze ;
- Let cool and enjoy!
