BROWNIE BERRY PROATS
This oatmeal recipe is the easiest protein fix for all of you with a sweet tooth! Get ready to enjoy a fresh fruity and chocolatey snack with this simple proats mix.
Ingredients (1 serving) :
- Strawberries and raspberries to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup
- 3/4 cup 0% fat greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop of the Pure Whey Isolate Double Chocolate (i used isolate but whey would work just as well!)
- 1/3 cup quick oats
Preparation :
- Start my mashing your berries, then add in the wet ingredients and mix.
- Add the dry ingredients, mix and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Enjoy!!!
