ORANGE & BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
Doesn't that sound so refreshing? This combo is the one for the summertime - it's light, fruity, and simply tastes like Summer.
Ingredients (12 muffins)
- 150g oat flour
- 60g all purpose flour
- 120g Limitless Pharma Smooth Vanilla Whey protein
- 10g baking powder
- 400g greek yoghurt
- 2 eggs + 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Juice of two oranges, zest of one
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F ;
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together ;
- Add the rest of the ingredients, excluding the blueberries and mix ;
- Fold in the blueberries ;
- Pour into a greased muffin mold ;
- Bake for 35-45 minutes ;
- Let cool and enjoy!
