Pre-workout Gummies

Name something better than a mix between pre-workout and gummies... We'll keep waiting. Take two of your favourite things and put them together and you're left with the boost for your workout session!

Pre-workout Gummies


Did someone say pre-workout gummies?

These are so cute and easy to make, plus their such a fun way to get your pre-workout in!! Here’s how you can make them :


Preparation :

  1. Add 4 scoops of your fav BLOW flavour to 100ml water and mix until all the pre is dissolved (i used the peach flavour!!) ;
  2. Put the mixture on the stove and add 15g gelatin. make sure you never stop stirring ;
  3. Bring to a boil and take off the stove ;
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and let it sit in the fridge for 2+ hours ;
  5. Remove your gummies from the molds and you’re ready to eat them!! store in the fridge.


To know how many gummies you need to eat, divide the total you have by 4 (amount of gummies for a full scoop) or by 8 (amount of gummies for 1/2 scoop)
