PROTEIN CHEESECAKE
Name a better feeling than finding a healthier, lower calorie, and higher in protein version of your favourite dessert... Honestly, we can't think of any, especially when it tastes THAT good!
This high protein cheesecake contains nothing less than 30g of protein per serving, for less than 250 calories. It also uses simple, healthy ingredients. If that sounds nice, keep on reading to know how to make it!
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 150g light cream cheese
- 100g low fat cottage cheese
- 400g greek yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 scoops Smooth Vanilla Whey protein
- 1 tbsp stevia
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F ;
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth ;
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the batter in ;
- Bake for 30 minutes ;
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, add your preferred toppings and enjoy!
Overview
This healthier and higher protein version of cheesecake of course doesn't taste exactly like the real thing, but it's still a great way to fit some of your favourite foods into a healthy, balanced lifestyle! Feel free to enjoy a slice (or two) every single day, and still maintain a healthy diet!
