PROTEIN COOKIE BOWLS
Protein cookies are great... But what if we told you we made cookie BOWLS? We love this recipe because of how versatile it is ; you can really get creative with your fillings and toppings. Make these a healthier snack by using them as a yoghurt bowl base, or transform them as a dessert by adding some ice cream!
These cookie bowls are simple to make and have a high protein content. What a fun way to upgrade your snacks!
Ingredients
- ½ cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 scoops Maple Brown Sugar Isolate Protein
- ¾ cup mashed sweet potatoes, cooked
- ¼ cup liquid egg whites
- ½ tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F ;
- In a bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, liquid egg whites, and vanilla extract ;
- In a seperate bowl, mix the oat flour, cornstarch, protein powder, sweetener, and salt ;
- Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients ;
- Mix in the chocolate chips ;
- Grease the back of a muffin tin and mold your dough on top. Make sure you leave an empty space between every cookie bowl you make ;
- Bake for 11-13 minutes ;
- Let fully cool and unmold ;
- Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!

- Cottage cheese and strawberries
