Protein Mini Banana Breads
A full batch of cute mini banana bread muffins? SAY LESS!!
Trust me these are so good, convenient & cute (which makes them 10x better). if you love banana bread, you’ll be IN LOVE with these!!
Ingredients :
- 2 ripe bananas (+ 1/2 for toppings)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup fat free greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup maple / sugar free syrup
- 3 scoops of the Pure Whey Isolate Smooth Vanilla
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 cup + 3 tbsp oat flour
- Cinnamon to taste (the more the better obviously)
- Sweetener (optional)
- Chocolate chunks
Preparation :
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mash the bananas and mix in all the wet ingredients
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture
- Chop up some dark chocolate and mix it in
- Grease a muffin tin and seperate the mix into 12 even muffins
- Add a slice of banana on top of each muffin (makes them cuter )
- Bake for 25 mins
- ENJOY!
