Single-serve Protein Apple Crisp

SINGLE-SERVE PROTEIN APPLE CRISP

Since it's officially apple-picking season, we thought it was a MUST for us to share a high protein apple crisp recipe. Not only is this recipe good for you, it's also very simple to make, tastes amazing, and is a single-serve portion!

This is absolutely perfect for a cozy breakfast, for a tasty snack, or for a high protein dessert. 

 

Ingredients (1 serving)

Apple filling 

  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar free syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Crumble topping

 

Preparation

  1. Wash and dice an apple ;
  2. In a small microwave-safe container, mix the apple with the other apple filling ingredients ;
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes ;
  4. In a seperate bowl, mix the crumble ingredients together ;
  5. Top the cooked apple filling with the crumble ;
  6. Microwave for another 2 minutes ;
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
