SMOOTH MANGO SHELL OVERNIGHT OATS
This version of overnight oats is about to become your new hyperfixation breakfast... Say hi to Smooth Mango Shell Overnight Oats, a summery, refreshing and fruity blend of mangoes and oatmeal, coated with a layer of dark chocolate for you to crack open before eating. This recipe is super easy to make yet feels extra fancy, so make sure you write it down and give it a try this Summer!
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 3/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Isolate protein powder
- Melted dark chocolate
- 1 cup chopped strawberries (optional, for bottom layer)
Preparation
- Add the mangoes, oats, yoghurt, milk, vanilla extract and protein powder to a blender and blend until smooth ;
- Add the chopped strawberries to the bottom of a mason jar ;
- Pour the blended oatmeal over the strawberries ;
- Melt the chocolate and add a thin layer on top of the oatmeal ;
- Refrigerate overnight or for a couple hours and enjoy!
