These no bake protein bars make the best prepped snack for anyone with a busy schedule! They're easy to make and you can store them in the freezer for them to last longer. Try and give them a go!

Looking for by far THE easiest protein snack that’s perfect for meal prep? We got you!

These protein bars require minimal ingredients AND minimal time, and you can store them in the freezer for them to last longer! 

 

Ingredients :

~1 to 1 1/4 cups natural peanut butter

1/2 cup sugar free or maple syrup

3.5 scoops of Pure Whey Isolate Smooth Vanilla 

3/4 cup oat flour

3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Sea salt (optional)

 

Preparation :

  1. Mix everything together except the chocolate chips and the sea salt until it forms into a dough
  2. Line a tin or a container with saranwrap or parchment paper and press the dough into your container
  3. Melt the chocolate and spread it on top of the dough
  4. Sprinkle sea salt on the chocolate
  5. Store in the fridge or freezer for about 1 hour
  6. Cut into ~12 bars and you’re done!!
