Greek Yoghurt Blueberry Muffins 

Another easy muffins recipe for your breakfast or snack or preworkout snacks! 

Ingredients (12 muffins) :

  • 1 cup 0% greek yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup apple sauce (you can make it yourself by finely chopping and heating up 2 small apples)
  • 2 eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 scoops of our Pure Whey Isolate Maple Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp date sugar (or any granulated sweetener)
  • Salt
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries


Preparation : 

  • Preheat oven at 350°F
  • Grease a muffin tin and divide into 12 muffins
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes

Enjoy alone, with yoghurt or even heated up with a big ball of ice cream!
