Greek Yoghurt Blueberry Muffins
Another easy muffins recipe for your breakfast or snack or preworkout snacks!
Ingredients (12 muffins) :
- 1 cup 0% greek yoghurt
- 3/4 cup apple sauce (you can make it yourself by finely chopping and heating up 2 small apples)
- 2 eggs
- Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 scoops of our Pure Whey Isolate Maple Brown Sugar
- 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp date sugar (or any granulated sweetener)
- Salt
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
Preparation :
- Preheat oven at 350°F
- Grease a muffin tin and divide into 12 muffins
- Bake for 25-35 minutes
Enjoy alone, with yoghurt or even heated up with a big ball of ice cream!
