4 Exercises Leg Day
When you train right and put in the intensity, you DO NOT NEED hundreds of different exercises to get a successful workout!! Do your warm up/deload sets on each exercise, train till failure, stick to the basics and watch your results sky rocket
Workout :
Back squats - 4 sets of 8-12
Barbell rdls - 4 sets of 12
Glute biased leg press - 4 sets until failure
Tip : Place your feet higher on the platform to target the glutes
Leg curls - 4 sets of 12
And don't forget to use our Blow or Blaze as preworkout !
