BISCOFF PROTEIN CHEESECAKE
This is our take on the viral Japanese cheesecake recipe. With only a couple ingredients and literally 5 minutes to prepare, this recipe is incredible for fixing those sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 200g cottage cheese
- 150g greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla protein powder
- Biscoff cookies
Preparation
- Blend the cottage cheese and greek yoghurt ;
- Add the protein powder and mix thoroughly ;
- Put the mixture in a bowl, and plant the cookies in the mixture ;
- Refrigerate for a couple hours ;
- Once the cookies are soft, enjoy!
