FROZEN PROTEIN S'MORES BARS
This frozen Summer treat has been going viral recently — and honestly, we finally get the hype. Frozen Protein S'Mores Bars are super easy to make, require no baking, and only need 4 simple ingredients. They're a fun and chill twist to a classic recipe everyone likes, and they truly couldn't get any better than that.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tub of Cool Whip
- Digestive crackers of choice (or Graham crackers)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
- Grab a baking dish and line it with parchment paper ;
- Cover the bottom surface with your preferred sweet crackers ;
- Melt the dark chocolate and add a layer on top of the cracker layer ;
- Mix the protein powder with the Cool Whip until smooth, then spread it over the chocolate ;
- Top with a second layer of crackers ;
- Freeze for at least an hour, then slice into your desired serving size and enjoy! Store in the freezer.
