2 MINUTE PROTEIN MUG CAKE
This is the quick and easy sweet treat you've been looking for! A soft, perfectly sweet mug cake that will take you only a couple minutes to make, and that will help you reach your protein goals. This recipe is perfect after a long work day, or simply when you don't feel like cooking.
Recipe (serves 1)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- 1 scoop Limitless Pharma Maple Brown Sugar Isolate protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sprinkles
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a mug (make sure you're using a pretty big mug as it will rise in the microwave) ;
- Microwave for 60-75 seconds and enjoy!
