5-INGREDIENT COTTAGE CHEESE BROWNIES
If you don't feel like cooking, you're going to LOVE this recipe. It only requires 5 ingredients and a couple of minutes to prepare this giant, healthy brownie that's packed with 42g of protein (yes, you can totally have it as a single serving!). You can easily customize it by adding some ingredients like nut butter, maple syrup, chocolate chips, or nuts, and it will definitely curb all of your chocolate cravings.
Ingredients (3 brownies or 1 larger serving)
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 scoop Double Chocolate Isolate protein powder
- 2 tbsps unsweetened applesauce
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F ;
- Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth ;
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and add the batter to it ;
- Bake for 30 minutes ;
- Enjoy! It's that simple!
