FROZEN STRAWBERRY BANANA CUPS
Craving a sweet treat, but it's too hot to turn the oven on? Try these : Frozen Strawberry Banana Cups that are healthy, sweet but refreshing, and the perfect summer snack! All you need are four ingredients and less than 10 minutes to prepare these frozen treats.
Ingredients (12 cups)
- 1 dark chocolate bar
- 1 scoop Strawberry Banana Isolate protein powder
- 1 cup greek yoghurt (we used strawberry flavour)
- 1 banana
Preparation
- Line a muffin tin with silicone or paper molds ;
- Mix the greek yoghurt with the protein powder and add a thin layer at the bottom of each cup ;
- Slice your banana into 12 even pieces, and press a slice in the yoghurt in each mold ;
- Melt the dark chocolate and pour a layer on top of each cup ;
- Freeze for an hour or more and enjoy! Store in the freezer.
