HEALTHY CARROT BANANA CAKE
This carrot and banana cake is made with healthy ingredients and is naturally sweetened. It's a good source of protein, healthy fats and carbs, and it's perfect for those days where you just don't have time to cook. Have it for breakfast or as a snack on the go, for a healthy and easy option.
Ingredients (9 servings)
- 1 banana
- 1 carrot
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 scoop Limitless Pharma isolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
- In a large bowl, add the banana and mash it using a fork ;
- Peel and grate the carrot, and add it to the bowl ;
- Add in the egg, yoghurt, vanilla and honey, and mix until well combined ;
- Fold in the rest of the ingredients ;
- Grease or line a square baking dish with parchment paper, and pour the batter in ;
- Pop in the oven at 375F for 40 minutes, let cool, slice and enjoy!
