MAPLE BROWN SUGAR FRENCH TOAST
Looking for a sweet but healthy and high protein breakfast that won't take an hour to prepare? Look no further, because these Maple Brown Sugar Protein French Toasts are about to become your go-to for mornings where you want to feel a little extra.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1 scoop Maple Brown Sugar isolate protein
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 slices of bread
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, protein powder and cinnamon ;
- Soak the bread pieces in the mixture until thoroughly saturated ;
- Cook on medium heat until golden on both sides ;
- Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
