PB&J FROYO PROTEIN BITES
Peanut Butter & Jelly is a nostalgic food combo for many. With these PB&J Froyo Bites, we wanted to recreate this flavour duo in a healthier, higher protein way. This recipe takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and will remind you about your favourite childhood snacks without a doubt!
Ingredients (6 bites)
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Isolate or Smooth Vanilla Whey protein
- 3 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 cup raspberries, mashed
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
- Optional : nuts
Preparation
- Mix the yoghurt, protein powder, powdered peanut butter, and 1 tbsp sweetener in a bowl ;
- Line a tray with parchment paper and form 6 circles with the yoghurt mixture ;
- Rinse your bowl, and mix the mashed raspberries with the other tbsp of sweetener ;
- Add a layer of mashed raspberries on top of the yoghurt circles ;
- Top with nuts ;
- Leave in the freezer for at least 1 hour ;
- Enjoy!
