PROTEIN CHRISTMAS OATMEAL COOKIES

Ingredients (10 cookies)
- 2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Smooth Vanilla isolate protein
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- Christmas sprinkles
- White chocolate chips
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper ;
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet and mix until well comined ;
- Seperate into 10 large cookies and bake for 15 mins ;
- Let cool and enjoy!
