PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN BITES
One of the best feelings in the world is probably when you're tired, hungry, and suddenly remember you have snacks ready in the fridge. These pumpkin spice protein bites are perfect for fall and will definitely become a life saver for busy days. They require few ingredients and are super simple to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 scoop Maple Brown Sugar protein
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger + 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
- Start by mixing all of the ingredients except the chocolate and coconut oil ;
- Once you have a doughy consistency, form 10 balls using a spoon. Freeze for 30 minutes ;
- Once the balls are frozen, microwave the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together with 30 second intervals, mixing in between each ;
- Coat the balls in chocolate and freeze for 15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens ;
- Enjoy! Store in the fridge or freezer.
