A snack that requires no baking, only a couple minutes to prepare, and that lasts the whole week is honestly all that we need. These salted chocolate peanut butter no bake protein balls are so good, you would think you're eating dessert.

SALTED CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER NO BAKE PROTEIN BALLS

Protein balls made with wholesome ingredient, requiring no bake, and that you can prep in a couple minutes for the whole week? Yes please! Protein balls are one of the most convenient and easiest snacks to prepare for the week, and this recipe is definitely one you'll want to save.

 

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 2 scoops Maple Brown Sugar protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup organic flaxseed
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered peanut butter (mixed with water)
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2/3 tbsp almond milk
  • Chocolate chips

 

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the oat flour, protein powder, chia seeds and flax seeds, and mix ;
  2. In a seperate small dish, mix the powdered peanut butter with water until you get a thick consistency ;
  3. Add the mix of powdered peanut butter and creamy peanut butter and mix ;
  4. Add the almond milk one table spoon at a time, until you get a smooth but thick enough texture to form balls ;
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips ;
  6. Melt some chocolate and drizzle it on the protein balls ;
  7. Divide the dough into 8-10 even balls ;
  8. Refrigerate and enjoy throughout the week!
